Green Delta Insurance settles Sarah Composite Mill’s claim of more than BDT 23.64 crore

Desk Report : Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd. has settled a fire claim worth over 23 crore 64 lac Taka earlier today (20 June 2021, Sunday) at the company’s Head Office. At the claim settlement ceremony, the cheque of the claim amount was handed over to representative of the client, Sarah Composite Mills Ltd.

The fire claim was triggered when Sara Composite Mill’s factories suffered damage due to accidental fire. After proper assessment of the fire incident and damage to the client’s property, Green Delta Insurance has decided to pay BDT 23,64,50,513 to Sarah Composite Mills Ltd. for the aforementioned fire claim.

Green Delta Insurance’s AMD, Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, handed over the claim cheque to Mr. Salim, Administrative Manager of Sarah Composite Mills Ltd. In addition, other high officials of Green Delta Insurance, namely, Md. Anisur Rahman (DMD & Head of Claims), Syed Farhad Abbas (DMD & Head of Reinsurance), Syed Aliul Ahbab (Financial Controller) and concerned officials of Sarah Composite Mills Ltd. were also present at the claim settlement ceremony.
