Groz-Beckert to display latest textile machines at India ITME 2022

Leading industrial machine needle manufacturer, Groz-Beckert, is showcasing totally new technological innovations in the ongoing India ITME. The extensive product portfolio presents to visitors a mix of real models and augmented reality elements.

The SANTM SF needle and the SNK SF sinker, which have been specifically developed for knitting staple fiber yarns on large-diameter circular knitting machines, are on display at the India ITME. Visitors can also look forward to another innovative addition to large-diameter circular knitting. Product group Flat Knitting presents needles for particularly fine gauges, as well as special application needles that have been specifically developed for manufacturing technical textiles. With its perfectly coordinated warp knitting needles, system parts, and warp knitting modules, Groz-Beckert will also be demonstrating its expertise as a system provider in the warp knitting segment at India ITME.

In the product area of Weaving, the focus is on the WarpMasterPlus drawing-in machine and the KnotMaster tying machine. Both are characterized by their simple operation and great flexibility.

The product highlights presented by the product area Felting at India ITME include a variety of felting needles, including the patented GEBECON™ felting needle with improved surface quality and optimized bending resistance properties, as well as the HyTec P jet strip for spunlace customers. The area also presents the Groz-Beckert Customer Product – a service for increased know-how protection and protection against mix-ups.

For the spinning industry, the product area Carding is presenting a new stationary flat series at India ITME, the particularly easy-to-clean revolving top TV56 and a cylinder wire with a special and patented tooth shape, which has a positive effect on maintenance requirements. The area also showcases the Groz-Beckert InLine card clothing series for the nonwoven industry, which offers improved performance thanks to a new and patented production process.

At India ITME, the product area Sewing focuses on the manufacture of technical textiles and presents the SAN 5.2 special application needle, which is characterized by its special geometry and exceptional stability. The area also showcases INH Quality Management and the functions and content of the customer portal.
