IDCOL Holds Its 28th Annual General Meeting

The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) was held on July 12 at the Board Room, InterContinental Dhaka.

Presided over by Md Shahriar Kader Siddiky, Chairman of IDCOL and Secretary of the Economic Relations Division (ERD), the meeting highlighted IDCOL’s strong financial performance for FY2024, with a profit before tax and provision of Tk 753.02 crore.

The AGM approved a total dividend of Tk 100 crore, comprising:

✅ Tk 50 crore as cash dividend to the Government, and
✅ Tk 50 crore as bonus shares, raising the paid-up capital from Tk 888 crore to Tk 938 crore.

IDCOL remains committed to sustainable infrastructure financing and contributing to Bangladesh’s economic growth.
