1. SmartCentre Central Computer System
SmartCentre is a new generation of central computer system independently developed by CHTC FONG’S Group, which can simultaneously connect to FONG’S, GOLLER and MONFORTS FONG’S dyeing and finishing products.

SmartCentre system can be connected to various ERP and MES system. It can also follow the command given by the ERP and MES system, operating different machines in the dyehouse. Furthermore, feedback from different machines can be transmitted to the ERP and MES system via SmartCentre.
1.2. Remote Operation & Maintenance System
The remote operation and maintenance system newly developed by CHTC Fong’s Group can collect key operation data of dyeing and finishing equipment through SmartCentre Central Computer System, and regularly provide customers with suggestions on fault prevention or equipment maintenance measures through mobile APP, SMS and other means according to different types of faults, so as to provide customers with tailor-made dyeing and finishing solutions.

2. SOFTWIN
High temperature overflow dyeing machine
The SOFTWIN high temperature overflow dyeing machine newly designed by CHTC Fong’s Group can effectively solve the problems of color crease and edge curling by reasonably controlling the running tension of fabrics, and meet the requirements of finished fabric specifications. Its unique design of internal plaiter and structure can ensure the smooth running of the fabrics in the chambers. DIPSAT N-I-T Chemical Applicator
The DIPSAT high chemical applicator system has always been the core technology of the GOLLER COMPLEXA Continuous desizing, scouring and bleaching range. The system is equipped with multiple sets of rollers. The fabric will be squeezed by the nip of each roller when it passes through the system. At the same time, the moisture in the fabric is highly exchanged with the chemicals, so that high-density or heavy cotton fabrics can absorb sufficient chemicals under high-speed production, creating a good foundation for achieving excellent bleaching effects.

The new generation of DIPSAT N-I-T high chemical applicator system has been upgraded on the original design: equipped with the newly developed double-impregnation padding technology to increase the exchange of chemicals and moisture in the fabric within a short time; so that the design of the compartment can be more compact to save installation space. It also saves the amount of chemicals in the production process, thereby reducing production costs and saving energy.
