ITCPE 2026 Concludes Successfully with Record International Participation and Strong Business Outcomes

The 21st edition of the Guangzhou International Textile & Garment Printing Industry Expo (ITCPE 2026) concluded successfully on May 21, 2026, at the Guangzhou Pazhou Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou, China. Held under the theme “Intelligent Connectivity, Leading the Future,” the three-day exhibition once again demonstrated its position as one of the most influential textile and garment industry events in Asia.

This year’s exhibition reached a historic milestone in both scale and international participation. Covering nearly 50,000 square meters across four exhibition halls, ITCPE 2026 brought together around 800 high-quality exhibitors from across the textile, garment, printing, embroidery, sewing, dyeing, and apparel accessories sectors. The event attracted nearly 40,000 professional visitors from around the world, setting a new benchmark for the exhibition.

International Participation Reaches New Heights

One of the most remarkable highlights of ITCPE 2026 was its strong international presence. According to the organizing committee, overall visitor attendance increased by 37.14% compared to the previous year, despite rainy weather during the exhibition period.

The first day alone welcomed more than 20,000 professional visitors, recording a 42.57% increase over last year. The second day saw a 24.04% increase, while the third day witnessed a remarkable 74.13% growth in attendance.

The number of overseas buyers registering on-site surged by 92.97% compared to the previous edition, marking the highest level of internationalization in the expo’s history. The exhibition halls echoed with multiple languages including Chinese, English, Bengali, Hindi, Vietnamese, and Russian, reflecting the truly global nature of the event.

Popular booths experienced continuous crowds and long queues as exhibitors engaged with buyers from around the world. Many participating companies reported securing overseas orders during the exhibition, while others confirmed receiving strong purchasing inquiries and future business commitments.

In addition to the strong on-site engagement, the expo also achieved impressive digital reach. Live-stream broadcasts attracted more than 30,000 viewers, while online image streaming exceeded 300,000 views, further highlighting the growing global influence of ITCPE within the textile and apparel industry.

Strong Presence of International and Domestic Delegations

The exhibition welcomed numerous international trade associations and professional buyer delegations from major textile-producing countries. Overseas delegations included representatives from the Indian Textile and Apparel Association, Bangladesh Textile and Apparel Association, Uzbekistan Textile and Apparel Industry Association, Brazilian Textile Quality Association, Russian Textile Association, Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), Ho Chi Minh City Textile and Fashion Association (AGTEK), Binh Duong Textile Association (BDTAS), and several other international organizations and enterprises.

Professional buyers and industry leaders from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America also attended the exhibition to explore the latest textile technologies, machinery, and manufacturing solutions.

On the domestic front, several Chinese textile and printing industry associations organized group visits to the exhibition, including delegations from Liaoning, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, and Hebei. Their participation further strengthened the exhibition’s role as a platform for global sourcing, technology exchange, and industrial cooperation.
