ITET will arrange Family Day on March

img_0022The annual picnic of the Institution of Textile Engineers and Technologists (ITET), Bangladesh was held on December 22, 2017. The newly elected committee of the 14th council organized the picnic at green view resort in Sreepur, Gazipur.

Vice Chancellor, Bangladesh University of Textiles Prof. Engr. Mashud Ahmed was present as Chief Guest while ITET president & Managing Director of HAMS Group Engr. Shafiqur Rahman; President of BBTEA & Managing Director of SIM Group Engr. Mozaffar Hossain; ITET Sr. Vice President, Engr. Md. Salim Reza; Vice President, Engr. Syed Atikur Rahman; Vice President Engr. Md. Shakhawat Hossain; Vice President Engr. Shamim Rahman; ITET Secretary General Engr. Shakhawat Hossain Talukder; Join Secretary, Engr.Touhidul Islam Kakon and many other prominent textile engineers were also present at the occasion.

Children took part in race while Cricket tournamentwas for gants& Pillow Passing was for ladies’ participants. After lunch picnic organizing committee arranged a delightful puppet show, magic show, raffle draw and cultural program on the occasion.

“We will arrange ITET Family Day at our beloved campus- BUTex premises on March” said Engr. Shafique Rahman, President of ITET while Engr. Selim Reza, Sr. Vice President and Convener of ITET Picnic Organizing Committee expressed his gratitude to all.

A large number of Textile Engineers attended in the picnic with their family members.
