Desk Report: Bangladesh based one of the apparel manufacturing company Jeans Plus Limited, a sister concern of Shin Shin Group, for awarding the prestigious LEED Gold Certificate from US Green Building Council. On 15 September 2022, the award was declared through video conference by Santanu Dutta Gupta, Associate Director – Market Development- GBCI – East India, Bangladesh and Vietnam markets.
Jeans Plus Limited got this certificate for its significant improvements in air quality and ventilation system, energy saving, reduction of water use and improvement of water quality through massive renovation and modernization work in last two years. All credit goes to Mr. Shahid Sadat, Director and his team members in Jeans Plus, especially Md. Akbar Hossain (DGM-HAC), AFM Faizuzzaman (Dy. Manager-Electrical), Md. Sohel Rana Mithu (Dy.
