(referred to as “LONGi Green Energy”) and Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. Building on this shared commitment, LONGi Green Energy and JinkoSolar announced on September 19, 2025, that the two companies and their affiliates have reached a settlement agreement regarding ongoing patent disputes and related legal matters worldwide.
Under the agreement, both parties agree to: terminate all ongoing patent-related legal proceedings worldwide and enter into a commercial arrangement that includes a cross-licensing agreement covering selected core patents owned by each party.
This settlement and patent licensing underscore both companies’ commitment to respecting intellectual property and pursuing win-win cooperation, setting a benchmark for long-term, sustainable IP partnerships in the solar industry. The two companies will continue investing in cutting-edge technologies, accelerate commercialization and practical applications, and explore opportunities for deeper cooperation.
