The NUB Textile Club of the Department of Textile Engineering, Northern University Bangladesh proudly begins a new chapter with the inauguration of its newly elected Executive Committee for the 2026–2027 session.
The new Executive Committee was officially announced 27/06/2026 at 12:30 PM in Room 105 of the Main Building, in the presence of the Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, Head of the Department, G.M. Faysal, departmental coordinators, faculty members, and the students of the Department of Textile Engineering.

NUB Textile Club Recognizes Dedicated Members at Leadership Transition & Certificate Giving Ceremony 2026 celebrating the achievements of the outgoing Executive Committee, officially welcoming the incoming leadership, and recognizing the dedication of our club members.

They were deeply honored by the gracious presence of their respected Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, and G. M. Faysal, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Textile Engineering, whose inspiring words and continuous support made this occasion truly memorable.
As a token of gratitude and appreciation for their outstanding leadership and dedicated service, commemorative crests were presented to the former President, Md. Shahidul Islam, and the former General Secretary, Ahsanul Hoque Almas honoring their invaluable contributions to the NUB Textile Club.
The previous Committee of NUB Textile Club has been committed to preparing students for their professional careers through various career- oriented initiatives. The NUB Textile Club successfully organized the Textile Talent Hunt Season 3 and the Intra-Department Fustal tournament, earning widespread appreciation within the Department of Textile Engineering. The Textile Talent Hunt engaged students in a series of competitive rounds, including MCQ tests, presentations, and other assessments, allowing them to demonstrate their academic knowledge, communication skills, and overall potential. Throughout its tenure, the outgoing committee conducted internship guideline sessions, career development programs, skill enhancement workshops and industry engagement initiatives.
