How are you observing 2021 for your business?
The first half of the year was on the tougher side due to lots of restrictions in travel due to Covid, but there was a positive outlook about the business which actually reflected in the Q3 and Q4. Even though we are a new entrant to the market, we are happy with the initial response from our buyers. It clearly shows the welcoming nature of the industry.
Overall, we have observed a very positive vibe inspired by the external challenges that the industry has faced.
Looking forward to the positive 2022 to make a big change in the industry landscape.
What are your expectations and Planning for 2022?
Firstly, it’s very important for us to establish ourselves as a good quality supplier to enhance our market share in the industry by continuing to give the quality standards we have set and develop the market expansion through our network.
In 2022, we will be further focusing on exploring the future possibilities with our products in different segments wherein we can provide the right solutions.
In summary, 2022 is 3E’s for us – Establish, Expand and Explore.
