With the high-tech seamless machinery brought from Italy, the firm can now create its hallmark seamless technology items for GT Man consumers, transforming the way the company makes products while raising the bar on comfort and style. The company’s unique machines’ seamless technology also allows it to cut the production process by up to 50%, resulting in a more cost-effective pricing and superior quality for consumers.
This technological implementation now requires far less human labor, with the total number of procedures reduced from eight to three or four. “By simplifying the manufacturing chain, RPG can focus and reallocate essential resources to provide higher quality products at a much better rate for the Indonesian men’s underwear market, not merely saving money.” GT Man is now Indonesia’s only men’s underwear brand with the capacity to manufacture these sorts of items domestically, putting us ahead of our competition,” said Charlie Nawawi, RPG’s marketing director.
