Desk Report: A MoU (memorandum of understanding) was signed between BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology – BUFT and RH Corporation on October 23 at the university campus in Turag, Nishatnagar.
Prof. Dr. Abu Bakar Siddique, Dean, Faculty of Textiles on behalf of BUFT, and ASM Hafizur Rahman, Executive Director on behalf of RH Corporation signed the agreement. The agreement will have a special role in research on the textile sector. Research on textiles is much more necessary nowadays. So this agreement is going to be most effective for BUFT.
The honorable Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University, Mr. Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin, MP was present on the signing occasion. Other members of the esteemed board of trustees were also present Mr. Mozaffar Uddin Siddique Siddiqur Rahman, S.M. Mannan (Kochi), Khandkar Rafiqul Islam, and Mashiul Azam Sajal and Vice-Chancellors, Treasurers, Deans and other officers of the University.
