Desk Report: South Korean company M/S. Kido Dhaka Co. Limited is going to establish a high-end garments & sportswear manufacturing industry in Adamjee EPZ with an investment of US$ 31.17 million. Kido is a renowned sportswear manufacturing industry of South Korea. BEPZA and M/s. Kido Dhaka Co. Limited signed an agreement on 08-11-2021 at BEPZA Complex, Dhaka. Member (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA Ali Reza Mazid and Acting Director of Kido Dhaka Co. Ltd. Mr. Ahn, Young Dae (Joseph) signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Newly joined Executive Chairman of BEPZA Major General Abul Kalam Mohammad Ziaur Rahman, NDC, PSC and just departed Executive Chairman Major General Md Nazrul Islam, SPP, NDU, AFWC, PSC, G, witnessed the agreement signing ceremony. Among others, Member (Engineering) Mohammad Faruque Alam; Member (Finance) Nafisa Banu; Secretary Md. Zakir Hossain Chowdhury; General Manager (Public Relations) Nazma Binte Alamgir; General Manager (Investment Promotion) Md. Tanvir Hossain; Chief Engineer Md. Ashraful Kabir and General Manager (Enterprise Services) Md. Khorshid Alam of BEPZA were present at the signing ceremony.
