According to the statement of Muratec- we hosted a private seminar in Dhaka, Bangladesh, welcoming around 350 guests. The venue was filled with energy and enthusiasm throughout the event.

The seminar featured three sessions: Automatic Winder, Muratec Smart Support (MSS), and Parts & Peripheral equipment. We shared the latest updates on our technologies and also introduced our upcoming exhibit at ITMA ASIA + CITME, Singapore 2025, scheduled for the end of October.

In the Automatic Winder session, we focused on Bobbin Tray model—still relatively new in Bangladesh—and discussed how automation can boost productivity. We also highlighted new features of our latest model, PROCESS CONER AIcone.

The MSS session covered the newest functions of Muratec Smart Support, designed to assist with factory operations. We explained the background of MSS development, the value it brings, and how it can be effectively utilized.

In the Parts & Peripheral equipment session, we introduced genuine parts, regular maintenance items, and new products that support stable machine operation. We also emphasized our long-term support system, ensuring peace of mind for machines built to last.

This seminar was a great opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding not only of our products but also of the comprehensive support we provide after installation.
