The Textile Engineers Association (TEA) successfully hosted its 4th offline seminar at the Barishal Textile Engineering College (BTEC) campus, drawing participation from students, faculty, and top industry professionals.
The highlight of the event was an engaging Panel Discussion featuring senior executives from leading textile companies across the country. The seminar commenced with a Merit Test Assessment, followed by insightful sessions on Textile Spinning and Textile Printing, conducted by Md. Tarikul Islam, DGM of Lablu-Bablu Composite Textile Ltd., and Shawkat Hossain Sohel, Counselor of the Textile Engineers Association.
To foster student engagement and enhance their technical skills, a presentation session was organized, allowing participants to showcase their understanding of the topics discussed.
Welcoming a New Adviser:
A significant moment of the event was the formal induction of Zahid Murad Shuva, a respected faculty member of BTEC, as an Adviser of the Textile Engineers Association. The TEA team honored distinguished guests and acknowledged the contributions of BTEC in advancing textile education.
