A special session on “Human Capital and BAYLA President, Abrar H. Sayem, emphasized the need for strengthening industry–academia collaboration to build a transformative Bangladesh, solving the mismatch crisis of employment demand and education outcomes.

A special session on “Human Capital and Job Creation: Navigating the Demand-Side and Supply-Side Challenges” was hosted at the Bengal Delta Conference, organised by DAIRA ( Dacca Institute of Research and Analytics)
