Uzbek officials discussed the availability of textile products and export options for Japan using different modes of transport during their video conference with Masahiro Yagi, president of Yagiharu Co .. Yagi said it had shipped a trial batch of Uzbek textile products to Japan. Both sides have decided that joint work will proceed.
According to a story in an Uzbek media outlet, representatives of Uztextilprom Association will engage in possible video conferences.
The parties also considered the possibility of Yagi’s September 2021 visit to Uzbekistan to resume negotiations and to review the related agreements.
