A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER) and the School of Fashion Design and Engineering at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, China, facilitated by the Bangladesh-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The signing was attended by Md. Khorshed Alam (President, Bangladesh-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Dr. Md. Ashekul Alam Rana (Director, NITER), Professor Xu Qiuzhi (Vice Dean, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University), and Dr. Dong Wenju (Deputy Director, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences).
Under the MoU, both institutions will collaborate on faculty, staff, and student exchange; joint research and publications; participation in seminars and academic events; exchange of academic resources and information; short-term academic and professional programs; and establishing joint labs and training centers.
