NITER team visited Akij Textile Mills Ltd. to observe the effectiveness of the miniature spinning system
On 6 July 2024, a technical team of the National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER) led by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Junaebur Rashid, Director of NITER visited Akij Textile Mills Ltd., one of the most prominent textile factories especially in the field of spinning. The visit was aimed to have the latest updates about spinning processes and miniature spinning systems. Mr. Md. Shafikul Islam, DGM-Quality Assurance, Spinning welcomed the technical team and showed them the latest updates on spinning processes. He also discussed about the importance of miniature spinning system for the students of NITER.
