NSU and Crony Group Sign MoU, Unveil 4th Industrial Revolution Skill Summit Proceedings

North South University’s Career and Placement Center (CPC) signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Crony Group on 18th June 2023. Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Atiqul Islam was present as the chief guest and signed the MoU on behalf of North South University. Professor Dr. M. Ismail Hossain, Pro Vice-Chancellor & Treasurer (in-charge) of North South University, delivered his remarks as a session chair, emphasizing the significance of the collaboration in opening avenues of employment for NSU graduates and alumni in the global job market. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Ms. Neela Hosna Ara, Co-Founder & Chairperson of Crony Group and Director of BGMEA, who attended as the special guest along with other officials from the Crony Group. Her presence further highlighted the commitment of both institutions to create opportunities that will enable NSU graduates and alumni to secure prominent positions in the global job market.

During this event, the Career and Placement Center (CPC) announced the unveiling of the long-awaited conference proceedings from the highly successful 4th Industrial Revolution Skills Summit 2023. This landmark event, jointly organized by the CPC, Thriving Skills, and a2i in March 2023, witnessed the esteemed presence of the Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Director of the CPC, and Founder & CEO of Thriving Skills Limited. The conference proceedings incorporated the dynamic discussions, innovative ideas, and transformative solutions that emerged from the summit, providing a valuable resource for individuals and organizations navigating the challenges and opportunities of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The CPC extends its sincere gratitude to all participants, sponsors, and supporters for their invaluable contributions in making the summit a resounding success.

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Professor Dr. Mohammad Khasro Miah, Director of the Career & Placement Center (CPC) at North South University.
