Pacific Jeans Group, Envoy Textiles wins 2nd HSBC Business Excellence Awards

Desk Report: A total of nine business and non-business entities were honoured on Sunday by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Ltd in Bangladesh at the 2nd HSBC Business Excellence Awards. Businesses from different sectors were recognized for their leadership and continuous contribution to promoting Bangladesh and enabling sustainable growth in the national economy even amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The nine winners included Pacific Jeans Group, Envoy Textiles, Pran-RFL Group, Hatil Complex, Summit Corporation, Malek Spinning, BibEAT Ltd, City Group, and Surokkha App.

The HSBC Business Excellence Awards is organized in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce and the British High Commission in Dhaka. Pacific Jeans Group won in the category of export excellence in readymade garments (RMG) for having an annual export turnover of more than $50 million. Envoy Textiles won in the category of export excellence in supply chain and backward linkage, for having an annual export turnover of more than $10 million.
