Their latest achievement: Running the Trützschler TC 30i carding machine at 130 kg/h to produce Ne 30 yarn – while maintaining outstanding sliver quality.

“Our experience with Trützschler machines and their after-sales service is truly outstanding and unparalleled. We are highly impressed with our recently purchased TC 30i cards, especially in terms of high production and excellent quality. In comparison to our current benchmark, we achieved a 20 % increase in production, with the capability to reach up to 130 kg/h – all while maintaining quality. These cards come equipped with numerous advanced features such as T-GO, more active flats and an extended carding length, WASTECONTROL and a sophisticated waste suction system. All these features elevate the TC 30i to a new level. We consider it a complete solution for carding”, says Mr. Mitra, General Manager Maintenance at Pahartali Textile Mills.

Pahartali processes USA and Senegal cotton into ring, combed, compact and vortex blend yarns, tailored to meet dynamic market demands (Ne 24 to Ne 36).

At Trützschler, we share Pahartali’s dedication to quality and efficiency. We are proud to support Pahartali Textile Mills with high-performance solutions – and to build on a long-standing partnership that continues to grow through trust, innovation and shared goals.
