Pitha Utshob 2026:A Celebration of Culture and Community at Majumder Garments Ltd

Bangladesh based a leading apparel manufacturer Majumder Garments Ltd organized an auspicious event titled “Pitha Utshob”of the ready-made garment (RMG) industry of Bangladesh. The event was held on 31 January at factory premises in Gazipur.

Chief Guest of the event, Mr Syedul Haque Majumder, honorable chairman of Majumder Group ,Syed M. Sajjad Managing Director ,Mr. Paplu Roy Talukder (DGM – HR, Admin & Compliance)) co-ordinate the program.

The Pitha Utshob functioned as a refreshment event for all the participants where factory workers presented their creative performanceiMajumder Group motivated the workers to carry on with their extra-curricular activities for which the workers.

The Pitha Utshob was a journey through the diverse flavors and artistic expressions unique to Bangladesh. Employees contributed homemade pithas, each narrating the story of its origin and the person behind its creation. A total ten stall showcasing the winter pitha.

Syed M.Sajjad, Managing Director of Majumder Group said his speech. The Pitha Utshob transcends cultural celebration, becoming a cornerstone of Majumder Group corporate ethos. It demonstrates the company’s values of inclusivity and diversity, and the importance of a work environment that cherishes the social and cultural fabric of its team. These events foster teamwork, boost morale, and cultivate a sense of belonging, contributing to a positive, productive workplace, he added.
