Protiva Appoints SDC International India as Distribution Partner

PROTIVA CORPORATION, a company innovating in bio-based textile colorants, has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with SDC International India Private Limited. Under this agreement, SDC International India Private Limited will serve as Protiva’s distributor for its sustainable textile colorant products across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

The partnership underscores Protiva’s commitment to expanding its global reach and promoting bio-based solutions in textile manufacturing.

“This partnership represents a significant step as we advance the scale-up of our products across South Asia,” said Esteban Silva, Chief Executive Officer of Protiva Corporation.

Gonzalo Pulka, Chief Product Officer, added: “We are honored to bring our bio-based color technology to such a strategic region for the textile industry, and excited to collaborate with a historic organization like SDC International, which shares our vision of delivering sustainable colorants for the sector’s evolving needs.”

Yogesh Gaikwad, Director of SDC International UK & India, added: “We are proud to collaborate with Protiva in bringing cutting-edge bio-based colorants to our markets. This agreement aligns with our mission to support sustainable practices and deliver high-quality solutions to textile manufacturers.”

The agreement is effective as of April 7, 2026.
