As part of Purbani ongoing commitment to continuous learning and people development, PURBANI Group successfully organized a day-long training program on 23 August 2025 at BRAC CDM, Savar, titled “Leadership Link: Building a High-Performance Team.” Leaders and senior professionals from various business units of PURBANI actively participated in this session.
This training session by, Mr. Don Sumdany for delivering such an impactful session. His engaging delivery and practical insights created a truly interactive learning experience that inspired our team to embrace collaboration and strengthen their teamwork and leadership mindset.
The program emphasized the critical link between team building and leadership development, highlighting how strong leadership fosters trust, accountability, and collaboration, while effective teams create the foundation for organizational success. Through interactive discussions and real-life examples, participants explored how leadership and teamwork must go hand in hand to achieve shared goals.
