One of RBC’s most impactful recent contributions in Bangladesh is the Sudokkho Project funded by UK Aid and Swiss Development Cooperation, where the Industry Based Training IBT system was designed by Dr. Rajesh Bheda, MD-CEO of RBC. This resulted in the training of 57287 workers in 114 factories.  The pioneering training methodology of Sudokkho IBT is further strengthened with a stronger focus on women’s career progression and leadership development taken forward by Primark for its supply base as ‘Sudokkho- Factory Based Training’ in partnership with RBC. Some of the other recent projects of RBC in Bangladesh include PROGRESS Project, continuing, and Sarathi Project of SWISSCONTACT, Factory Improvement Toolset (FIT) for ILO implemented in leading garment factories of Bangladesh.

Additionally, BBW project under TGVCI fund of UK Aid, implemented jointly by RBC and Impactt Limited in 88 factories in Bangladesh, resulted in remarkable improvements, including increased efficiency, reduced defects, lower absenteeism, and improved worker retention.

RBC is led by Prof. Rajesh Bheda, an industry specialist with over four decades of contribution to the garment sector. A renowned researcher, academician, mentor, and industry advisor, Dr. Bheda’s work on productivity benchmarks, Cost of Quality, skilling systems and lean manufacturing is widely recognized. His research and publications have been integrated into global enterprise and academic curricula, adding significant value to organizations worldwide.
