It is a high-performance solution, specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of functional fabrics, and has been selected by leading manufacturers specializing in this sector worldwide. The JET 250 guarantees flawless dyeing by preventing fabric creases and abrasions throughout the entire dyeing process, while ensuring continuous operation with no machine downtime. Its design delivers consistent and superior results, even on the most challenging shades and delicate fabrics, helping manufacturers avoid product downgrading and maximize production efficiency.
Our 198 HT machine for tow, fiber, and yarn dyeing enables great results even with high-density cakes, and it ensures excellent dyeing performance through an optimized and homogeneous flow distribution, which guarantees uniform results even with demanding production requirements. All our solutions enable Bangladeshi manufacturers to improve product quality, increase productivity, reduce process variability, and respond to the growing demand for technical and value-added textiles.
Textile Focus: How can your technology help Bangladesh’s Textile Industry reduce production costs and save energy?

Lower water consumption also means reduced energy demand for heating, lower electricity usage, and a more sustainable dyeing process. Its flawless dyeing performance minimizes reprocessing and product downgrading, while its reliable operation helps eliminate machine downtime, further improving production efficiency.
In addition, our WeXY Heat exchanger recovers thermal energy from process water, substantially reducing steam consumption and overall operating costs. Several major textile companies that have adopted this technology have achieved significant economic savings while substantially reducing their carbon footprint by lowering energy consumption and associated emissions.
