After a brief stint of entrepreneurship for about three years, Dr. Karthik ND has joined Eurofins Scientific – a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry – as Regional Managing Director – South Asia with a primary focus on Consumer Products Testing, covering Softline, Hardline, Toys and Leather.
Karthik is believed to be a transformational leader who specialises in Testing, Inspection Certification and Assurance Services, Industry 4.0, Organizational and People transformation, with a special focus on People Development, Business Excellence, Sustainability and Quality, Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management, Social and Environmental Compliance, Profitability, Culture Change to build world-class organizations.
Prior to joining Eurofins, Karthik was Founder and MD of Mindworks International. He had been the Country Managing Director of Intertek Bangladesh for a period of nine years, followed by Senior Director – Softlines, Intertek India and Regional Director-Quality for South Asia.
Karthik is qualified with Doctor of Business Administration (University of Liverpool) and Doctor of Philosophy in Textile Technology. He brings over 22+ years of experience in apparel industry across tables including Board Management experience.
