On 14 November 2025, 𝐑&𝐆 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐄𝐲𝐞, the country’s leading ISO-certified apparel consultancy and training organization, successfully conducted a Strategic In-Person Training Session Titled “Organizational Excellence and Team Building” for the departmental heads and top management of Joy Auto Garments Ltd.
The daylong session focused on building a unified leadership mindset, strengthening interdepartmental collaboration, and developing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Participants engaged in practical exercises, case-based discussions, and team-oriented activities designed to enhance productivity, communication, and organizational alignment.
