The Saurer Group was delighted to join a business mission to Tajikistan from 14 to 19 September 2025, organized by the Embassy of Switzerland in Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, with the support of Switzerland Global Enterprise.
The trip provided access to a promising textile market with significant growth potential, and the business mission was led by Mr Salman Bal, the Swiss Ambassador to Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.
Tajikistan’s developing infrastructure and openness to international cooperation make it an attractive location for forming new partnerships and exploring emerging business opportunities. The mission confirmed the importance of collaboration and knowledge exchange in unlocking new opportunities and driving sustainable growth.
Akbar Madaminov, GM and Sales Director Saurer Uzbekistan, who participated in the trip, said, “This business mission was a success because we gained valuable insights into the market, and the intensive contacts we established with local textile companies are a good foundation for the future.”
