Science Magazine’s annual Top Employers Survey 2018 polls employees in the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and related industries.  For the fourth consecutive year, Novozymes ranks among the top ten best companies in the world.

“We are very honored to once again be recognized as one of the most attractive employers. Novozymes develops biological solutions to some of the most urgent challenges of the world and our employees are very proud of what we do and motivated by our purpose to contribute to a more sustainable world,” says Claus Crone Fuglsang, Chief Science Officer at Novozymes. Respondents to the web-based survey rated companies based on a number of characteristics, including financial strength, easy adaptation to change and a research-driven environment. They were also asked whether the company treats its employees with respect and if its work-culture values align with employees’ personal values.

“An organization is only as good as its people and the success of our company relies on our dedicated and competent employees. Their recognition of Novozymes as a great place to work, where you can develop personally and professionally, means a lot for our ability to attract talents and remain a global game-changing company,” says Claus Crone Fuglsang.
