A technical seminar on Spinning Technology held in Textile Engineering College Noyakhali (TECN) on 09th May 2017 at TECN auditorium. Engr. A.K.M Fazlul Hoque, Principle, Textile Engineering College, Noyakhali was present as chief guest at the seminar. Engr. Mamun Ur Rashid, Executive Director, Texco Tech who has a long experience in spinning sector was the seminar speaker. Engr. Mamun Ur Rashid started his presentation addressing the prospect of spinning sector. In his presentation he described different latest spinning technology with real track record. Students from 1st year to final year were eagerly listening his presentation. Engr. A.K.M Fazlul Hoque mentioned that spinning is the mother of textile. This type of technical seminar will help the students to get latest technologies.
The seminar was organized by TECN Career club and coordinated by renowned textile magazine “Textile Focus”. Mr. M A Islam Riyadh, Editor, Textile Focus was also present as guest. Mr. Riyadh said that Textile Focus is working for the development of the industry. In future Textile Focus will conduct such events in different campus for the betterment of the students. The seminar was sponsored by newly formed Textile Engineering College Noyakhali Alumni Association (TECNAA). Students were very much happy to present at the seminar.
