Equipped with the R2CARRIAGE® system and a compact, lightweight carriage, this machine ensures high productivity. Displayed in 21G at the GMMSA Expo, the N.SVR®183 is an excellent choice for entry-level WHOLEGARMENT® production, offering the flexibility to adapt to fluctuating market demands.

The N.SSR®112 is a computerized flat knitting machine that delivers advanced technology in a cost-effective yet reliable package. It incorporates industry-leading features, including the R2CARRIAGE® system for faster carriage returns, a spring-type moveable sinker, DSCS® Digital Stitch Control System, a stitch presser, and a takedown comb. Manufactured in Japan, this machine guarantees exceptional quality, reliability, and productivity, meeting the high standards of both global and Indian fashion industries. Additionally, the N.SSR®112 supports WideGauge® knitting, allowing multiple gauges to be integrated into a single garment.

SDS®-ONE APEX4 and APEXFiz®

The SDS®-ONE APEX4 3D design system and APEXFiz® subscription-based design software enhance the creative process in fashion, covering everything from planning and design to colorway evaluation, realistic fabric simulation, and 3D virtual sampling. These virtual samples serve as highly accurate digital prototypes, reducing the need for physical samples and thereby saving time, cost, and materials. Once a design is finalized, the automatically generated knitting data can be seamlessly converted into machine data, ensuring a smooth transition from design to production. By digitally transforming the fashion supply chain, SDS®-ONE APEX4 and APEXFiz® contribute to sustainability and increased efficiency.
