Bangladesh-based 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing company, SM Sourcing has achieved a Platinum Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certificate for existing building design by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This factory achieves the highest score 106 in the Platinum category.

This means that S.M Sourcing is now the highest-rated LEED Green Factory in the world, with a score of 106. Previously it was Green Textiles Ltd Unit 4 with 104 points.
On 2nd March 2020, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held at 360 TSL office between SM sourcing and 360 TSL Green Consultancy Services for USGBC (LEED) certifications.
Bangladesh has now 206 LEED-certified factories in the world.
