Rising Industries Ltd. 3 MW rooftop solar project Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work was inaugurated on Sunday 22 January 2023 at Saturia, Manikganj. Solar EPC Development Ltd. is the EPC contractor of the project.
Approximately 3620000 kWh of electricity will be generated annually, which will help to save around BDT 32 million on electricity bills. This project will reduce approximately 44000 tons of carbon emission in its life span which is equivalent to saving 102325 barrels of crude oil burning and planting 88000 teak trees.
During the project EPC work inauguration from Rising Industries Mr Mahbub, Maintenance Incharge from Solar EPC Mr Joynal Abedin, Techincal Advisor, Mr Emamul Kabir, GM Commercial, Legal and Compliance, Mr Sifat Ahamed, EPC Manager was present.
