Recognizing that SOLARIC has won the prestigious Solar Company of the Year: Developer award by Solar Quarter announced at ‘’The Solar Week Bangladesh 2023’’.
Solar quarter organized a daylong conference and award show titled ‘’The Solar Week Bangladesh 2023’’ on 7th September 2023 at The Westin Dhaka. It was an exquisite gathering of concerned top-level management of different organizations, policymakers & entrepreneurs.
Along with the Solar Company of the Year: Developer, SOLARIC also won three other awards- Best CapEx Solar Project of the Year: Rooftop
And other two Grand Masters Awards: (Individual Leadership Awards) for professional excellence and achievement recognition winners are Engr. Naznin Akhter, Director of SOLARIC “Women Leader of The Year” award for her outstanding contribution to the promotion of renewable energy throughout the country. Sabbir ahmed, COO of SOLARIC has won the ‘Best COO of the year award.

Mr.Faruque Hassan, President of BGMEA & Mr. Zahidul Alam, Vice-President of BSREA has handed over the awards to the winners. The first keynote of the event was presented by Mr. Nurul Akhter, President, BSREA, where he focused on the topic of ‘Solar solutions for a greener tomorrow: Bangladesh’s commitment to renewable energy. The event was followed by two panel discussions and one C&I Consumer panel discussion where the industry thought leaders addressed different challenges, problems, solutions & potentialities of country’s solar energy sector. This event provides a 360-degree outlook of the Bangladesh Solar Sector. The conference witnessed an excellent dialogue between the industry’s key stakeholders.

Engr. Naznin Akhter, Director, SOLARIC, who is also the winner of ‘Women Leader of the Year’ said, ‘With the development of solar technology, we are more equipped than ever to meet the difficulties of raising the share of solar energy in the nation’s overall power generation. In the upcoming years, SOLARIC hopes to achieve the milestone of a 250 MW rooftop solar plant. ’, she mentioned.
