Solaric Limited has signed an agreement to develop a 655 kWp OPEX-based rooftop solar power plant at Trice Pack Ltd. in Kanchpur, Sonargaon, Narayanganj, as part of its continued efforts to support the adoption of renewable energy in Bangladesh’s industrial sector.
Under the agreement, GSolaric Bangladesh Ltd. will serve as the Solar Project Owner. The rooftop solar installation is expected to give Trice Pack Ltd. access to a reliable, cost-effective source of renewable energy while supporting the company’s sustainability objectives.
The agreement represents another step toward expanding industrial-scale rooftop solar adoption in Bangladesh, where businesses are increasingly exploring renewable energy solutions to reduce energy costs and strengthen long-term energy resilience.
Engr. Naznin Akther, Director – Business Development at Solaric Limited, provided strategic leadership in advancing the project. Engr. S.M. Nazmul Islam, DGM – Business Development, also played an important role in supporting the collaboration and facilitating the agreement.
The Solaric team involved in the project included Jarin Tias M., Assistant Engineer, Business Development; Marline Gonsalves, Engineer, Design & Optimization; and Shahanul Islam, Assistant Engineer, Design & Optimization.
