Biplob Ahmmed FCMA, Executive Director (Operations) of Square Fashions Ltd., has decided to step down after more than 21 years with the company.
Mr. Ahmmed joined Square Fashions in June 2005 and, over more than two decades, progressed through various leadership positions before assuming the role of Executive Director (Operations) in 2024.
Reflecting on his journey, Mr. Ahmmed expressed his profound gratitude to Square and its management for the trust, opportunities and unwavering support extended to him throughout his career.
“Square has been much more than an organisation where I have worked. It has been a defining part of my life and my professional journey. I have had the privilege of learning, growing and taking on responsibilities that shaped me as a leader and as a person,” he said.
“I remain deeply grateful to the management of Square for the confidence they placed in me over the years, particularly during some of the most challenging periods. Whatever I have been able to accomplish has been possible because of the people around me, the values of the organisation and the trust of the management.
Mr. Ahmmed added, “Leaving Square after more than two decades is an emotional moment. I leave with immense gratitude, great respect and many cherished memories. I will always consider my years at Square among the most meaningful chapters of my professional life.”
He expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the management, colleagues, customers, business partners and, most importantly, the many people with whom he had the privilege of working and growing together.
“While I am closing one chapter, I am not closing the relationships and friendships built over these years. I carry them with me with immense pride and gratitude as I look forward to the next chapter of my journey.”
