Today, Bangladesh Sustainable and Renewable Energy Association (BSREA) proudly participated in the workshop on the Inception Report for Consultancy Services to Prepare a Draft Regulation for Solar Sector Stakeholders held at the Multi-purpose Hall, BIAM Foundation, Dhaka.

Our President, Vice President, Board of Directors and esteemed members were present, demonstrating BSREA’s strong commitment as the leading trade body and private sector representative in shaping a sustainable regulatory framework for the solar energy industry.

The workshop covered key findings, recommendations, and the proposed approach for developing regulations concerning Solar Designers, Installers, Maintenance Technicians, EPC Contractors, OPEX Investors, Importers, and Manufacturers. BSREA’s active involvement and expert feedback are pivotal to ensuring that the forthcoming regulations are practical, inclusive, and growth-oriented.

We thank the organizers for hosting this important discussion and reaffirm our dedication to building a robust and thriving solar energy sector in Bangladesh.
