A day-long workshop on Store, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management is held friday (12 December) at the auditorium of Gono University under the initiative of SWILS Bangladesh.
The workshop was organised to enhance the professional skills of supply chain professionals and provide effective guidance to new entrants in the field. Professionals from various industrial organisations, educational institutions, and related sectors across the country took part in the program. Experienced trainers conducted practical and hands-on sessions covering different segments of supply chain management. Participants received training on store and warehouse management, inventory control, logistics operations, and the application of modern methods and technologies in supply chain management. The workshop also created opportunities for professional networking and experience sharing among participants.

Professor Dr Md. Ekramul Islam, Vice-Chancellor of Sonargaon University, attended the program as the Chief Guest. Departmental heads and senior officials from various organisations in the sector were present as Special Guests. Among the notable guests were Asadul Haque Shaun, Nafidul Islam, Sadequl Islam, Golam Sorwar, Jashim Uddin, Md. Humayun, Dr. Md. Masud Rana, Bulbul Ahmed, Shahruzzaman Bahauddin, Mafizul Islam Khan Sohel, Abdul Hakim, Walid Hossain, Hafizur Rahman, Shaiful Islam, Saddam Sami, along with many others. In their speeches, the guests highlighted the future potential of the supply chain sector, employment opportunities, and its significant role in strengthening the national economy.
At the end of the program, certificates were distributed among the participants, along with awards and gift items.
