SWILS, an organization of Store, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and Supply Chain professionals, is actively working to develop both experienced professionals and new entrants in Bangladesh’s warehouse and supply chain sector.

SWILS regularly conducts activities focused on skill development, career growth, career guidance, job information sharing, and employment generation for unemployed individuals. Through training workshops, career sessions, and mentorship programs, the organization plays a significant role in the professional development of both new and experienced members.
The export sector continues to make a vital contribution to national development and economic independence. To support the export sector in achieving its desired goals, SWILS has been working relentlessly by bringing together officers and employees involved in store, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management.
On Friday, 13 December 2025, a Day Long Workshop was held at Safari Park, Gazipur, with the participation of SWILS members from Dhaka, Chattogram, and different regions of the country.
The program was honored by the presence of Brigadier General Mohammad Enamul Islam from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) as the Chief Guest. Mohammad Abdus Salam, Deputy General Manager of Mosharrf Group, attended as the Special Guest and delivered a speech.
He stated that if SWILS expands across the country, work efficiency in the export sector will increase, contributing to higher foreign currency earnings and continued national development.
Among those present as Advisors of SWILS were Mohammad Abdus Salam and Sayed Alauddin Al-Mahmud.
The Advisory Board members include Rajib Mohajan, Jasim Uddin, Saiful Islam, A. B. Siddiq Mamun, Nazrul Islam Moni, Taibur Zafar, Mohammad Omar Faruk, Shakil Ahmed Chowdhury, Sanowar Hossain, Sayed Mustafizur Rahman, and Mohammad Masud Parvez, along with warehouse and supply chain professionals from various reputed organizations.
Administrative responsibilities of the program were carried out by Shishir Das, A. K. M. Mofidul Islam Belal, Sardar Jahangir, Riazul Islam, Md. Islamul Haque Bappi, Tofazzal Hossain, Saiful Islam, Shah-Nawaz Sharif Shamim, Anwar Hossain, Fahad Hossain Fahim, Rokon Biswas, and Md. Ferdous Rahman, along with warehouse and supply chain professionals from different renowned organizations.
