Symposium on “Go Green with Thies” in Dhaka

Bengal Technology and Engineering Associates (BTE) organized a symposium titled “Go Green with Thies” along with its principal Thies GmbH & Co. KG on 27 February 2020 at Radission blue Hotel, Dhaka. The symposium was mainly to showcase the latest innovation of Thies. Mr. Muhammad Farhad Hossain, CEO, BTE welcomed everyone at the seminar. Mr.Thomas Mende, Area Sales Manager, Thies GmbH & Co. KG described Thies’s market performance, Bangladesh market and latest innovations by Thies GmbH & Co. KG to the Bangladesh industry. Thies concentrates on the fabrication of high quality machines for yarn and piece dyeing and bleaching and drying equipment. Quality products made by Thies are successfully established in markets for woven and knit fabrics as well as technical textiles.
bte-seminarThies supports an intensive research and development program, which focuses on the optimization of existing products as well as the promotion of innovative technologies. State-of-the-art instruments and equipment are applied to develop, design and manufacture Thies machines.
The Thies group ambitiously pursues the sustainability concept as well. Next to the development of environmentally friendly products, resources are utilized in a sustainable manner during production processes. Thies abides to stringent quality controls and security criteria in every project phase – namely during the design, manufacturing, and assembly. The machines comply with individual customer requirements as well as with technical regulations of local authorities.
Textile professionals from different dyeing factories attained at the symposium. Fahim Hasan, Director, Bengal Technology and Engineering Associates thanked everyone for joining at the knowledge session.
