Mashud Ahmed, Vice Chancellor, Bangladesh University of Textiles was present as chief guest and Engr. Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Chairman, the Textile Engineering Division, Institute of Engineers was also present as a special guest.
Engr. In the session, they focused on cost-effective solutions that reduce the use of energy, water, and caustic chemicals. At Denge Akedom, the textile market team has been working for many years on the development of innovative, cost-effective solutions. By using less water, and less energy, and improving process efficiency, Denge products can enable more sustainable pretreatment, Dyeing or finishing processes for the textile industry.
Designers are now seeking environmentally preferable options for their textile-processed garments, Denge is enabling them to market their products with new sustainability claims. Prof. Engr. Mashud Ahmed, Vice Chancellor, of Bangladesh University of Textiles appreciated such a knowledge-sharing seminar which will help the industry to know the latest technology. Engr. Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Chairman, of the Textile Engineering Division, Institute of Engineers shared his experience working with Denge products at the factory. He is informed that the product quality is good he advised the Denge team to work on pricing as the production rate is a bit higher. Engr. Salim Reza, Director, of Devine Group also shared his experience regarding Denge products. He advised them to emphasise certification issues as factories are always under pressure of certified products. Finally Engr. Sharif introduced his teammates with all and thanked everyone for joining the seminar.
