“TexMach Expo 2025” Successfully Concluded at BUTEX

Organized by the BUTEX TexMech Society (BTS), the “TexMech Expo 2025” was successfully held at the Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) campus. This Expo was one of the prime attractions of Machine Mania 2.0.

The Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Textiles, Prof. Dr. Engr. Md. Zulhash Uddin, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
The program was presided over by Dr. Shaikh Md. Mominul Alam, Head of the Department of Textile Machinery Design and Maintenance (TMDM).

A total of 19 leading textile machinery companies of the country participated in the Expo. The participating companies were:
Pacific Associates, Textile Associates, Tootal Quality Resources, Dysin, TexTrade Corporation, OMEX Corp, Texaaps, Total Water Solution, Max Choice, Daiki Axis, Mazim Corporation, Benevolent Textile Services & Solutions, Spintex Technology Ltd., Tex Corp BD Ltd., Spark Tex International, Tex Pro, Spintech Associates, ZMZ Associates, and Multi Tech System.

In addition, over 50+ GM-level officials from top industrial organizations and 200+ industry professionals attended the event.

As part of the Expo, a seminar was held on:
“Sustainability in Textile Machineries in Bangladesh”
In this seminar, the speakers discussed the use of sustainable technologies in Bangladesh’s textile sector, along with the opportunities and challenges in this area.

On behalf of BTS, it was expressed that TexMach Expo 2025 has been a unique platform for students, where they gained valuable knowledge about modern technologies and had the opportunity to directly engage with industry leaders. The BUTEX TexMech Society sincerely extends its gratitude to the Honorable Vice-Chancellor, respected faculty members, participating companies, industry professionals, and students for their wholehearted cooperation in making this event a success.
