Textile Youth Carnival 2.4 organized by Textile Engineers Society was held on 16th February (Friday) at Bangladesh Film Archive, Agargaon, Capital Dhaka. About three hundred students from 32 campuses across the country participated in it.

Textile Engineers Society is a textile education organization. Since its inception, the organization has been conducting various activities to connect the students studying textiles in the university with industry and academia. Among them Textile Youth Carnival is one of their signature events.
This event was completed on February 16 (Friday) for the fourth time after three consecutive successful events. The main objective of the event was to bridge the gap between industry and academia for students. Keeping these issues in mind, the organizing committee has also arranged CV checking booths and mock interviews so that students can practice professionalism through the carnival.
Md Rifatur Rahman Miazee, the founder of the organization officially inaugurated the program at 10 am. After that the Chief Operating Officer of the organization Md. Morshed Ali gave his speech and later the Central Team members gave their speech one by one. An amazing ice breaking session was organized at one stage to break the boredom of the participants. After that, the stage was rocked by the cultural program. Then the campus ambassadors of various institutions gave their speeches.
The most important part of the carnival was the formal session. The organizing committee provides an opportunity to meet the leading textile industry leaders of the country. Among the guests of honor were Engnr. S.M. Abdur Rahman, Executive Director of Sadia Group and President of All Over Printing Technologists of Bangladesh, Founder and Lead Mentor of Bhaskar Accounting Lab, Bhaskar Ranjan Saha, Sulaiman Ahmed Jisan, Founder of Public Speaking Official, Asadul Haque Shaun, Head of Supply Chain Management, Asrotex Group. Engnr. Shafiqur Rahman, Managing Director of Hams Group and President of ITET, was the chief guest of the event.
At the end of the event, the members and organizers of Textile Engineers Society were awarded in various categories and mementos were distributed to the guests. The guests also gave away prize money and crests to the winners of Road to Champion Season 3. At the end, the main attraction of the carnival ended with the fashion show.
It is to be noted that after three consecutive successful events, the Textile Engineers Society has organized the Textile Youth Carnival 2.4 for the fourth time.
