Bangladesh Steps into the Spotlight with 15 Exhibitors at Texworld New York 2026

As the global textile community gathers in New York, Texworld USA – New York is once again setting the stage for meaningful connections and fresh ideas. The three-day event, running from January 20–22, 2026 at the Javits Convention Center, is widely regarded as one of the most important textile sourcing shows on the U.S. East Coast.

This year, the Bangladesh Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) is taking an active role in highlighting Bangladesh’s growing strength in textiles and apparel. With EPB’s support, 13 Bangladeshi companies are presenting their products and capabilities, including Golden Tex, Blue Apparel, Hera Sweaters, PM Sourcing, Excom Fashion, AB Apparels, and Design Sourcing International Corp. Paramount Textiles is also participating independently.

On the opening day, the Bangladesh pavilion saw steady footfall from international buyers, many of whom expressed strong interest in value-added fabrics, eco-friendly finishes, and flexible production options that can meet fast-changing market demands.

Rakibul Islam, Director of Six Season Global Business Ltd., expressed satisfaction, stating, “There was a great response on the first day. About five buyers are seriously considering doing business with us. We appreciate the efforts of the organizers, and it was nice meeting you.

Industry participants noted that Texworld USA continues to be an important platform for Bangladesh’s textile and apparel sector already well known globally for ready-made garments and fabric exports to build new partnerships, explore sustainable sourcing, and showcase innovation in a more personal, face-to-face setting.
