The 15th PURBANI Inter Club Tennis Tournament 2025 held

The 15th PURBANI Inter Club Tennis Tournament 2025 organized in collaboration with Gulshan Club Limited (GCL), successfully concluded on February 15, 2025 at the GCL Tennis Court, Dhaka.

This prestigious tournament witnessed participation from 15 distinguished clubs, including international club fostering both local and global engagement in the sport.

The final day of the tournament was graced by Mr. Abdul Hai Sarker, Chairman of PURBANI Group and President of the Bangladesh Tennis Federation. He also holds the esteemed positions of Chairman of Dhaka Bank PLC and Chairman of the Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB). Mr. Sarker distributed the prizes among the winners and extended his heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their outstanding performances.

Additionally, Mr. Shafiqul Sarker, Managing Director of Purbani and Mr. M. A. Quader Anu, President of Gulshan Club Limited, shared their insights on the significance of the tournament in promoting sportsmanship and community collaboration. The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Mahbubul Haque Sufyani, Director of Administration at GCL, Mr. Khandakar Ahsanuzzaman, along with club representatives and supporting members.

For over two decades Purbani has been committed to fostering athletic excellence by organizing this prestigious tournament. This initiative not only strengthens sports engagement but also provides valuable opportunities for emerging tennis talents across the clubs.
