Trützschler China celebrates 20 years of employee dedication with gala dinner

Trützschler China recently hosted a gala dinner in honor of employees who have completed 20 years of service, celebrating their exceptional dedication, innovation, and long-standing commitment to the company. The event served as a tribute to those whose contributions have played a key role in the organisation’s continued success and vibrant workplace culture.

The celebration reflects the values of the Trützschler Group SE, a German textile machinery manufacturer headquartered in Mönchengladbach, Germany, known for more than 130 years of expertise in fiber and spinning preparation. A family-owned business, Trützschler employs over 3,000 people worldwide, including around 750 employees in Mönchengladbach alone.

Besides, the company operates across three core business units: Spinning, Nonwovens, and Card Clothing. Trützschler’s machinery, systems, and accessories are developed and produced in nine locations globally, including four in Germany (Dülmen, Egelsbach, Mönchengladbach, and Neubulach), and additional sites in China (Jiaxing and Shanghai), India (Sanand), the USA (Charlotte), and Brazil (Curitiba). To ensure proximity to customers in key textile markets, Trützschler also maintains service companies in Türkiye, Mexico, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam, as well as service centers in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Indonesia. The gala dinner not only celebrated employee milestones but also underscored Trützschler’s global commitment to valuing people and building long-term partnerships across its international network.
