Turkiye ambassador meets with BTMA President

Desk Report: Mr. H.E Ramis Sen, Ambassador of Turkiye met Mr. Mohammad Ali Khokon, President BTMA in his office at Gulshan, Dhaka dated 24th April 2024. BTMA President first briefed H.E Ramis Sen, Ambassador of Turkiye about textile sectors of Bangladesh and there after briefly mentioned Bangladesh-Turkiye state of trade. H.E Ramis Sen thanked the President, BTMA for the opportunity to call on.

H.E informed that a Turkiye business Delegation is expected to visit Bangladesh in the 2nd week of May, 2024 where there will be good opportunities for our textile sectors leaders to interact with Turkiyish business leaders. Mr. Ambassador also mentioned about possibility of a Bangladesh business delegation’s visit to Turkiye later this year. of Mr. Bilal Belyurt, the Commercial Counsellor from the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, BTMA Vice President, Mr. Md. Fazlul Hoque and Md. Fayazur Rahman Bhuiyan, both BTMA Director Mr. Md. Mosharaf Hossain & Engr. Razeeb Haider were present in the meeting and actively participated BTMA president and team in the discussion.
