Two Strategic Business Units of Dekko ISHO Group, Dekko Garments Limited and Dekko Fashions Limited, have been recognized for the successful completion of the P.A.C.E. (Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement) Program, developed by Gap Inc., and for their outstanding contributions to it.
P.A.C.E. is a global initiative launched by Gap Inc. to invest in the lives of women working across garment supply chains. The program goes beyond technical job training; it focuses on building foundational skills such as communication, critical thinking, financial literacy, and decision-making. The goal is to help women become more confident, self-reliant, and capable of advancing both in the workplace and in their personal lives. Since its launch, P.A.C.E. has reached over one million women workers across multiple countries.
For Dekko ISHO Group, participating in and being recognized by this program is a reflection of its broader commitment to workforce development. The recognition signals that both units not only completed the program but also implemented it with a standard of quality and impact that stood out.
This achievement reinforces Dekko ISHO Group’s belief that empowering the women at the heart of its workforce is fundamental to building a stronger, more sustainable business.
